What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay installments.
All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your card/bank statement as ‘SP AVE 31’.
For your protection, orders are subject to payment and address verification.
How long does it take to process my order?
After your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated in the confirmation email.
When will I receive my order?
Once the item is shipped, it should be delivered in 3-5 business days, depending on your location and provided there are no carrier delays.
Can I change my order?
We pride ourselves on fast shipping therefore modifications to orders are not always guaranteed.
If you would like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for that item.
If you made an error during checkout such as incorrect mailing address, please EMAIL US immediately before the item is marked as shipped. AVE 31 is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided at time the order was placed.
To cancel an order, you may EMAIL US to have it canceled before the item is marked as shipped.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

All items will be shipped out in 1-2 business days after receiving your order unless otherwise indicated on the order confirmation page and confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your purchase. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please send us an email.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.
We are not responsibe for shipping delays or re-routes by the carrier.
Once the item ships, ownership of the item is immediately transfered to the customer who is responsible for tracking the shipment progress.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is added to our U.S. territories and Canada customer orders at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is added to all our other international customer orders at checkout.
The customer is fully responsible for any additional duties and taxes charged by your local country.
You should receive your order in 7-21 business days after it is shipped.
AVE 31 is NOT responsible for:
- Replacing orders that are marked as delivered.
- Orders with incorrect mailing addresses. Packages that are marked as undeliverable will incur a 10% restocking fee plus full shipping costs (if any) that will be deducted from the refund, should we have to initiate a refund.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen packages while in transit. You would need to contact UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx directly and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim directly with that shipping carrier.
What is the RETURN POLICY?
We want you to absolutely love your purchases from AVE 31.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or there are any errors on your part, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
Note the following:
- You must EMAIL US to initiate the return process. All items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all packaging such as clothing tags, branded items, boxes, free gifts, tags, etc attached. A $5 fee may be assessed for missing packaging items.
- RNWY31 reserves the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, wash, makeup marks, deodarant marks, not in original condition or sellable condition.
- AVE 31 reserves the right to determine if the returned item is in sellable condition.
- The customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs to return the item. The original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received and processed.
- Returns that have been reviewed and approved, will be refunded with a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Items that do not meet the return criteria described in this policy will be returned to the customer.
- We are not responsible for replacing packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Packages that are marked as undeliverable will incur a 10% restocking fee plus full shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund.
- All purchases of sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
I did not receive my order. What should I do?
EMAIL US to with your order number and we will confirm the shippping carrier and tracking number for you so that you can contact the carrier directly.
My item was incorrect or damaged. What should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item or any other errors on our part, please EMAIL US photos of the damages within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with details of next steps.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment nor after wearing or washing the item.
